Problem Note 48948: Calls to externc function on Windows operating system fail and SAS® High-Performance Risk can crash

When running SAS High-Performance Risk on Windows operating systems, calls to externc functions can fail. If a SAS High-Performance Risk project run includes functions and methods that call externc source (through PROC PROTO), then SAS High-Performance Risk crashes. The displayed message is as follows:

sas.exe has stopped working.
